Job Summary

Shetron Limited is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Commerce Graduates to join our team as Graduate Trainees. This role provides an excellent prospect to gain hands-on experience in various business functions, including Accounts, Stores, Procurement, Administration, HR, and Commercial Operations within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining records, reports, and documentation.
Support Accounts and Finance activities such as invoice verification, data entry, and record maintenance.
Assist in preparing purchase orders and coordinating with vendors.
Support Stores and Inventory management activities.
Maintain and update data in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Coordinate with different departments for routine operational activities.
Prepare reports, MIS, and business documentation.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.
Perform other administrative and commercial tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Desired Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and commercial operations.
Proficiency in MS Office,



especially Excel and Word.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing workplace.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of Tally, SAP, or any ERP software is an added advantage.
Familiarity with GST, invoicing, or inventory management will be beneficial.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
