About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying current opportunities, converting prospects, and building long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, passionate about sales, and comfortable working towards targets in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
Connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales discussions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to closing and client onboarding.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and client information using CRM tools.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and recent business opportunities.





Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Field Sales.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client conversations.
Willingness to travel within Mangalore and nearby areas for client meetings.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
