Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.
Create and manage a monthly social media content calendar.
Plan, create, and coordinate engaging posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
Write creative captions, post copy, hooks, and CTAs.
Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms.
Monitor social media trends, viral content, hashtags, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content production.
Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity, and communication across platforms.
Track social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, followers, views, and conversions.
Analyze performance and suggest improvements to the content strategy.
Stay updated with Instagram/Reels trends, social media algorithms, AI content tools, and emerging platforms.
Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and relevant interactions.

Required Skills




1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management/Marketing.
Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Valuable knowledge of content creation and social media strategy.
Excellent creative writing and communication skills.
Understanding of reels, short-form video content, hashtags, trends, and engagement strategies.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools is an advantage.
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with an understanding of current digital trends.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
