Welding Production Engineer
Location: Kohara,Ludhiana
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical) Experience: 5–6 Years
Preferred Industry: Sheet Metal Components / Metal Fabrication
Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day Weld Shop operations. Ensure production targets are achieved with required quality. Manage welding fixtures, manpower, and production planning. Coordinate with Quality and Production teams. Reduce rejection, rework, and downtime. Maintain 5S and safety standards in the shop floor. Required Skills: Solid knowledge of welding processes and fabrication. Experience in team handling and production supervision. Ability to read engineering drawings. Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
