About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for providing timely, qualified, and customer-focused assistance across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and an understanding of the FMCG, retail, or fresh produce industry.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide support through chat, calls, and email.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Assist customers with product, order, delivery, and service-related queries.
Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Follow established customer service processes and escalation protocols.
Identify recurring customer issues and share relevant feedback with the concerned teams.
Ensure professional and clear communication with customers across all touchpoints.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills
1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Retail, FMCG,



or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge or understanding of FMCG, fruits & vegetables, fresh produce, or the broader retail industry.
B.Sc. Agriculture candidates are preferred.
Candidates with experience in Retail/FMCG will also be considered.
Comfortable handling customer interactions across multiple channels.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced and customer-centric environment.

Working Hours
Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
The role requires rotational working, including Sundays.
Sunday work will be from the office, with a weekly off provided on another day.
Employees may be required to work on designated holidays based on business requirements. Eligible employees working on such holidays will be provided a Comp-Off, subject to company policy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
