Position: Performance Marketing - Assistant Manager

Location: Bangalore

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Experience Required: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid digital channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Amazon Ads, and other emerging platforms.
Drive efficiency and growth through a deep understanding of key performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, Retention, and ROAS across different business verticals.
Stay ahead of the curve on evolving ad products and trends, ensuring cutting-edge and effective execution strategies.
Monitor, analyze, and interpret campaign data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver data-driven performance reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Partner with creative teams to conceptualize and execute impactful campaigns rooted in consumer and business insights.
Analyze user behavior and conduct root-cause analyses to identify performance issues or areas for improvement.




Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize marketing spend and measure impact across channels like YouTube and programmatic platforms.
Develop robust attribution frameworks to evaluate and enhance marketing channel effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, managing large-scale campaigns across multiple channels.
Robust analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Deep understanding of performance metrics and digital marketing funnels.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Strong interest in digital consumer behavior and the evolving landscape of online marketing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A flair for content, copy, and creativity is a solid plus.
