Role Overview
Handle customer inquiries, understand requirements, coordinate site visits, and guide clients through the complete home-buying journey until closure.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
Recommend suitable properties.
Schedule site visits.
Build customer relationships.
Follow up with leads.
Explain project features, pricing and payment plans.
Update CRM.
Coordinate documentation and bookings.
Achieve sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline.
0–5 years' experience in Sales/Real Estate.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
