Role: Service Reception cum Billing Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Reception
Greet customers warmly when they arrive for vehicle service or repairs.
Understand customer complaints and service requirements accurately.
Inspect the vehicle with the customer, note existing damage, fuel level, and personal belongings on the job card.
Provide service estimates for time and cost before starting the work.
Update customers on service progress and inform them when the vehicle is ready for delivery.

Billing & Cashier Duties
Prepare final invoices using the dealership’s DMS (Dealer Management System) software.




Verify parts and labor charges against the approved job card.
Collect payments via cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, or digital wallets.
Handle daily cash tallies and match collections with system reports.
Process warranty or insurance claims billing when applicable.

Requirements & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream .
Experience: 2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or billing roles (automotive experience is a plus).
Skills:
Positive communication and polite interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software).
Ability to handle cash and calculations accurately.
Patience in dealing with difficult or upset customers.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
