We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer to deliver training for E-commerce BPO / Seller Support processes. The ideal candidate should have robust process knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in training international BPO teams.
Mandatory Requirements
E-commerce / Seller Support BPO experience is mandatory.
International BPO experience preferred.
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Process Trainer.
Strong knowledge of E-commerce/Seller Support processes.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
Experience handling New Hire Training (NHT), Refresher Training & Nesting.
Solid knowledge of SOPs, process updates, quality parameters and KPIs.
Comfortable with US/EST shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct new-hire and process training.
Deliver refresher and product/process training.
Conduct assessments, evaluations and knowledge checks.
Support nesting and floor readiness.
Identify knowledge gaps and provide coaching.
Maintain training reports and performance records.
Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams.
Ensure training content is aligned with process and client requirements.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
