The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, leading sales activities, and achieving business targets while contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective sales strategies • Identify and generate new business opportunities • Build and maintain robust customer relationships • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets • Lead, guide, and support sales activities • Monitor sales performance and prepare reports • Coordinate with team members to maximize business growth Requirements: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Solid leadership and negotiation abilities • Prior sales experience preferred • Basic computer knowledge • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
