Understand customer preferences and provide expert recommendations on style, design, and budget.
Pitch custom design options, promotional offers, and loyalty programs to increase sales.
Maintain showroom inventory, ensure display cases are pristine and properly locked, and perform daily stock counts.
Handle billing transitions smoothly and assist in post-sales services (sizing, cleaning, repairs).
Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat visits.
