Job Title: Pre-Primary Teacher

Reports to: Principal

Job Summary:

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and creative Pre-Primary Teacher to nurture young learners and provide a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities for pre-primary children.
Teach foundational concepts such as language, numbers, shapes, colours, general awareness, and basic life skills through play-based learning.
Use storytelling, rhymes, music, art, craft, games, and hands-on activities to make learning enjoyable.
Develop children's communication, social, emotional, cognitive, and motor skills.
Maintain a positive, protected, clean, and child-friendly classroom environment.
Observe and assess children's learning and developmental progress.
Maintain appropriate classroom records, lesson plans, activity records, and student portfolios.
Encourage valuable habits, manners, discipline, independence, and personal hygiene.




Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding children's progress and development.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and school coordinators for classroom activities and school events.
Participate in celebrations, assemblies, competitions, field trips, and other school programmes.
Ensure the safety and well-being of every child under their supervision.
Follow the school's curriculum, policies, procedures, and professional standards.

Candidate Profile:
Graduate with D.El.Ed / NTT / Montessori / ECCE / equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience in pre-primary teaching will be an advantage.
Good communication and classroom-management skills.
Patient, compassionate, creative, energetic, and child-friendly.
Ability to use activity-based and play-based teaching methods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
