- Act as single point of contact between the company and QCA / F&S; service provider.
Verify submission status, revisions, and acknowledgements on SLDC/RLDC portals
Monitor real-time generation vs scheduled generation.
Highlight major deviations to internal teams and QCA for corrective action.
Support root-cause analysis for high DSM deviation blocks.
Processing of all payment of DSM charges and service charges to QCA
Documentation and data keeping
Co-ordination with internal site team
