AutoCAD Draftswoman & Documentation Executive We are looking for an AutoCAD Draftswoman & Documentation Executive to support our engineering and project documentation activities. The candidate will be responsible for preparing basic AutoCAD drawings, estimates, tender documents, online submissions, and maintaining project-related records. Job Responsibilities - Prepare and modify AutoCAD 2D drawings as per project requirements. - Prepare basic engineering layouts, plans and technical drawings. - Assist in preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs and project estimates. - Prepare quotations and estimation sheets based on provided specifications. - Handle tender documentation and organize required supporting documents. - Assist with e-tender submissions and online file/document uploading. - Search and track relevant government/private tenders. - Maintain records of tender deadlines, submitted documents and project files. - Prepare and format technical documents, reports, letters and submissions. - Upload applications/documents to government and other online portals as required.



- Maintain proper digital and physical project files. - Coordinate with engineers and management for drawings, estimates and documentation. - Make corrections and revisions to drawings/documents based on instructions. - Handle other office and project documentation work when required. Required Skills - Basic knowledge of AutoCAD 2D - MS Excel and MS Word - Basic estimation and quantity calculation skills - Positive computer and internet knowledge - Ability to prepare and organize documents accurately - Positive written communication and email skills - Willingness to learn tendering and government documentation procedures Qualification Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related qualification Freshers can apply. Training will be provided for tender documentation, estimation, online submissions and company procedures.

Pay: ₹9,884.57 - ₹13,000.00 per month
