Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy / Office Assistant to support the daily administrative and office operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, assisting staff with routine tasks, handling refreshments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office, reception area, meeting rooms, and pantry.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees, clients, and visitors.
Assist in arranging meeting rooms before and after meetings.
Handle office files, documents, and photocopying, scanning, and printing work.
Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and courier items as required.
Purchase office stationery, pantry items, and other office supplies when assigned.
Assist in loading, unloading, and arranging office materials.




Support HR and Admin teams with day-to-day office tasks.
Ensure pantry supplies are stocked and organized.
Perform any other office-related duties assigned by the management.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 10th or 12th Pass.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Skills Required
Honest, punctual, and responsible.
Valuable communication and polite behavior.
Ability to follow instructions.
Basic reading and writing skills.
Physically fit and willing to perform office support tasks.

Working Hours
As per company policy.

Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
