Position: - Architect
Location: - Karelibaug, Vadodara

Key Responsibilities: -
Prepare and review architectural plans, layouts, and drawings for real estate projects.
Ensure designs and plans comply with GDCR and applicable regulations.
Review project drawings and suggest design improvements.
Conduct site visits and monitor design execution.
Support the project team in resolving design and planning issues.

Requirements: -
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Related Fields.
2–5 years of experience in Real Estate / Architecture / Civil.
Solid knowledge of GDCR and development regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant architectural software.
Positive understanding of site planning, layouts, and project development.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
