Key Responsibilities
Handle admission enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp and other channels.
Counsel parents regarding the school's curriculum, facilities, fee structure and admission process.
Conduct campus visits and provide a positive parent experience.
Manage admission leads, regular follow-ups and conversion of enquiries into admissions.
Maintain admission records, CRM/ERP and daily/weekly MIS reports.
Coordinate with Academic, Accounts and Administration teams for smooth admissions.
Assist in Open Houses, admission drives and school promotional activities.
Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.

Key Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counselling, convincing and follow-up skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM/ERP.
Pleasant, confident and qualified personality.
Target-oriented and organised.
Fluency in English and Telugu preferred; Hindi is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
