Greet and assist patients and attendants at the reception.
Manage patient registration, appointments, calls, and enquiries.
Counsel patients regarding recommended eye surgeries and explain the treatment process clearly.
Explain surgery preparation, estimated costs, documentation, and scheduling as per hospital guidelines.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, OT staff, billing, and diagnostic departments.
Follow up with patients advised for surgery and assist with scheduling.
Explain pre-operative and post-operative instructions provided by the doctor.
Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
Handle patient queries and concerns professionally.
Support the hospital in providing an excellent patient experience and meeting counselling/surgery coordination targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
