LOCATION: CHENNAI , HYDERABAD, VIJAYAWADA

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Accountant with strong

knowledge in inventory accounting, Tally software, GST, and TDS compliance.

The role involves managing warehouse-related financial transactions,

maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring proper coordination between

warehouse and accounts teams.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory

records, monitoring stock movement (inward & outward), and ensuring

proper documentation such as GRN, invoices, and delivery challans.
The candidate will handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally,

including purchase, sales, and stock transactions, ensuring accuracy in

financial records.
The candidate should have solid knowledge of GST and TDS, including

GST invoicing, input/output reconciliation, GST return filing, TDS

calculation, deduction, and return filing, ensuring full statutory

compliance.
The candidate will conduct stock audits and physical verification,

identify discrepancies or losses, and maintain accurate warehouse

financial records and MIS reports.




The candidate must coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and

finance teams, assist in month-end closing activities, and demonstrate

attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
Logistic maintenance, including inward and outward arrangements.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com

preferred) or relevant qualification with knowledge in inventory and

warehouse accounting
Strong working knowledge of Tally software, along with hands-on

experience in invoice processing, and E-way bill generation
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) with positive communication,

analytical, and coordination skills to manage warehouse and accounts

operations effectively.

Package:

Fixed salary, ESI, PF and social advantages will be provided.

The salary will be determined based on skills, knowledge, and experience.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
