We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sukhkarta Nagari Manager to manage our real estate sales operations, customer relationships, marketing activities, and site operations.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Deal Closing
Handle customer enquiries and convert leads into site visits.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Conduct negotiations and successfully close property deals.
Follow up with customers from enquiry to booking and final closure.
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Customer Calling & Follow-up
Manage incoming leads and make regular follow-up calls.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Schedule and confirm site visits.
Follow up with customers after site visits and address their queries.
Maintain strong customer relationships until deal closure.
Marketing Team Handling
Manage and guide the Sales & Marketing team.
Assign leads and daily calling/follow-up targets to team members.
Monitor team performance and conversion ratios.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide sales guidance.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team for lead generation and campaigns.
Site Management




Handle day-to-day customer activities at the project site.
Ensure the site is properly maintained and customer-ready.
Coordinate site visits and property demonstrations.
Ensure customers receive a professional and positive site-visit experience.
Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations.
Reporting & Management
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Track leads, calls, site visits, bookings and closures.
Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to management.
Identify new prospects to increase sales and improve conversions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
