Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing accurate information about products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, chat, or in person.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls when required.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly customer service targets.
Maintain professionalism and provide excellent service at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




Robust interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Basic computer knowledge including MS Office and email.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Educational Qualification
Minimum Graduate / Undergraduate (depending on company requirements).
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

Experience
Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Telecalling, or Client Relationship Management will be preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
