Key Responsibilities
Contact customers after their credit report analysis and understand their requirements and concerns.
Explain credit report issues, their impact, and suitable solutions in a straightforward and clear manner.
Conduct consultation and service-pitch calls and explain Credit Samadhaan's credit repair services, process, pricing, and timelines.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally and follow up with interested customers.
Send quotations and service details and convert qualified customers into paid customers.
Identify relevant upsell prospects based on customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handover.
Update all customer interactions, follow-ups, quotations, and conversion status in the CRM.
Maintain daily records and work towards monthly conversion and revenue targets.
Ensure qualified, ethical, and customer-focused communication at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
