Position Responsibilities:
Drive RPA based engagements from pre-sales to assessments and projects to articulate and realize the business case while managing client expectations.
Lead a cross-functional project team
Understand complex business scenarios to create plans
Review solutions/architecture
Contribute to account growth initiatives and ensure program profitability & management of costs
Drive realization of the agreed requirement, Manage Global/Remote delivery and Operations
Translate customer requirements & build solutions and POCs based on customer and project needs
Track and publish performance to target dates & deliverables
Manage the Customer and customer escalations
Manage People & Operations: Interviews, training, mentoring, operational activities, own and resolve cross-functional issues, internal stakeholder escalations
Oversee effort estimation/business case for new projects




Support business management reporting (financial and operational parameters)
Establish and deliver metrics and KPIs to govern projects and identify areas of improvement

Solid project and resource planning, monitoring and execution skills
Proven experience of having delivered projects within timeline and budget
Should be able to see the big picture but very detailed in monitoring progress.
Should have an analytical mind
Must know advanced quality planning
Should be mobile and be ready to travel to client locations
Valuable people management skills
Excellent oral and written communication & Presentation skills

Qualifications:
B.E./B. Tech./MCA/B.Sc. (Computers) with MBA
Must be a certified PMP qualified
