1 Work under the Managers (Service Section) to learn to plan and direct the work of the

organization.
Help to set policies.
Learns line and Staff functions, Operations, Management viewpoints and Company policies and

practices that affect each phase of business.
Evaluate work output.
Work in all departments to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards

required for performance of departmental duties.
Work with and through Management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets

and profitability.
Responsible to extract all workshop reports fromiDMS and handover ot WM.
Assist pickup & drop allocation.
Assist front office job card closing & billing.
Assist walkin customers allocation to Service Advisor's

Attendance update (Leave, OD, Early, AR details to be informed to HRD within 3 days)
Statutory works by updating Registers, Forms, License etc.

Warranty Policy
The vehicle must have done all free services & PMS in time & mileage.
The vehicle must be within warranty period
The complaint mustrbeen due to manufacturing defect and genuine reason
Vendor rejection letter is must to escalating to MSIL.(if any)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
