Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers for Mettler Toledo and other products and solutions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, applications and benefits in a clear and convincing manner.
Follow up regularly on enquiries, quotations and pending opportunities.
Convert leads into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer and enquiry records and update follow-up status.
Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, technical queries and customer visits.
Develop relationships with customers through professional and regular communication.
Candidate Requirements
Fluent spoken English with excellent communication skills.
Robust convincing, negotiation and sales-closing ability.
Confident and professional while speaking with customers.
Positive telephone etiquette and ability to handle customer objections.
Experience in B2B / industrial / technical product sales will be preferred.
Should be comfortable speaking with purchase managers, laboratory personnel, QA/QC managers and technical decision-makers.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM systems.
Target-oriented, energetic and persistent in follow-ups.
Knowledge of weighing instruments, laboratory equipment or industrial products will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹8,873.08 - ₹28,799.45 per month
