Head – CRM & Operations

Key Responsibilities
Handle post-sales customer relationship management.
Coordinate with developers regarding bookings, documentation, agreements, payment updates, BBA, Developer Confirmation.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Track customer payments, outstanding dues, and follow-up schedules.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Accounts, and Tech.
Process booking forms, KYC documents, agreements, and payment receipts.
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS/ Incentive reports
Monitor project updates and communicate them to customers.
Coordinate registration, possession, refunds, and transfer requests.
Follow up with developers for brokerage invoices, payments, and reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.




Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.

Required Skills
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM software.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, preferably in the real estate industry.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
