Experience: 3+ Years | Hospitality Industry

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for hospitality positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, and offer coordination.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment pipeline.
Ensure smooth onboarding and joining of selected candidates.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Hospitality Recruitment.
Robust knowledge of hospitality profiles and hiring requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and candidate sourcing.
Robust follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
