Job Title: Data Research Associate (Healthcare Data Entry)

Location: Baner, Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time Contract for 1.5 Months

Shift Timing: India Night Shift

Position Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and highly motivated Data Research Associates to support a rapid-paced healthcare research project. The selected candidates will be responsible for researching and validating healthcare facility information through approved sources and accurately documenting findings in Excel.

This is a short-term, high-priority project with aggressive timelines and a strong focus on accuracy, productivity, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Research healthcare facility information using approved databases, websites, and other authorized research channels.
- Identify, validate, and capture the following data points for assigned facilities:
- Charting System
- Bed Size
- Critical Access Status
- Teaching Hospital Status
- Trauma Level
- NICU Level
- Enter and maintain data accurately within Excel spreadsheets environments.
- Perform quality checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of collected information.




- Meet daily productivity and quality targets while maintaining data integrity.
- Escalate ambiguous or unavailable information to project leads for review.
- Adhere to project guidelines, data security requirements, and established research methodologies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in:
- Data Entry
- Internet Research
- Data Validation
- Healthcare Research (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent internet research and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage productivity targets.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting healthcare-related projects.
- Familiarity with US healthcare facilities, hospitals, and medical systems.
- Previous experience in data enrichment, web research, or healthcare provider research.
- Experience working in time-sensitive project environments.
