Job Type: Full-time.

Responsibilities

- Develops simple, well-structured data pipelines and queries using standard frameworks and templates.

- Codes and tests ETL/ELT components for data ingestion, transformation, and loading across batch or streaming patterns.

- Executes data quality checks and reconciliation against source systems, and records results.

- Monitors pipeline schedules, SLAs, and logs, investigates routine failures, and notifies seniors for unresolved issues.

- Writes dataset lineage, table definitions, and change history in agreed repositories.

- Collaborates with data analysts, data scientists,



and platform engineers to map sources, refine requirements, and validate outputs against acceptance criteria.

- Applies security, privacy, and governance controls, and updates configurations to comply with standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in computer science, data engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

- Less than 2 years of experience in data engineering, ETL/ELT development, data integration, or a related field required.

- Certification in cloud, data, or technology fundamentals preferred.
