Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Looker Developer / Data Analyst with strong experience in Google BigQuery, LookML, SQL, and Retail Media Network (RMN) . The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable data models, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Looker and BigQuery, with a focus on retail and media datasets .

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze large datasets stored in Google BigQuery and generate actionable business insights.
- Develop interactive Looker dashboards and reports for business and marketing teams.
- Design, develop, and maintain LookML models , explores, dimensions, measures, and derived tables.
- Build efficient and scalable data models in BigQuery .
- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis.
- Analyze Retail Media Network (RMN) datasets and provide insights into marketing, advertising, and promotional performance.
- Work with marketing and business teams to translate requirements into analytics dashboards and data models.
- Support data integration and ensure reliable data flow into BigQuery .
- Perform data validation, reconciliation,



and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
- Optimize BigQuery queries and Looker dashboards for performance.
- Follow data governance, security, and data quality best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Marketing, IT, and Business teams .

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Google BigQuery .
- Strong SQL skills.
- Hands-on experience in Looker and LookML .
- Experience in data modeling and dashboard development .
- Understanding of Retail Media Network (RMN) and media/marketing analytics.
- Experience working with retail or convenience store datasets is preferred.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with retail analytics / retail media / digital advertising .
- Knowledge of marketing KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, impressions, conversions, revenue, and campaign performance .
- Experience with data integration/ETL pipelines.
- Knowledge of GCP data services .
- Understanding of data governance and data quality process
