About the Role

We are looking for experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in research, data analysis, political and social media research, and report preparation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing data from multiple sources, identifying trends and insights, tracking public opinion, and preparing comprehensive analytical reports to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct political, social media, media, and public policy research using primary and secondary data sources.
- Collect, organise, analyse, and interpret large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data.
- Track public opinion, social trends, political developments, and emerging narratives.
- Conduct research across social media, news platforms, public databases, surveys, and other relevant sources.
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and key insights.
- Support opinion tracking and public perception analysis through structured research and data interpretation.
- Conduct research related to public policies, government programmes, political developments, and socio-economic issues.
- Prepare analytical reports, research reports, presentations, MIS, and data-driven briefs.




- Convert complex data and research findings into transparent and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate databases and ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability.
- Collaborate with research, communication, monitoring, and strategy teams to support project requirements.
- Track developments on an ongoing basis and provide timely analysis on significant issues.
- Ensure all research and reports are accurate, well-structured, and supported by credible data sources.

Essential Qualifications

- Graduation/Post Graduation in Political Science, Public Administration, Journalism, Mass Communication, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong research, analytical, data interpretation, and report-writing skills.
- Strong understanding of research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
- Ability to work with data from multiple sources and derive meaningful insights.
