Hyrn.ai is looking to hire Data Analysts through the Eazyway Platform. They are seeking analytical and detail-oriented professionals who can collect, clean, and analyze data to support business decisions. Freshers with strong analytical skills and relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collection & Analysis

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from different sources.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from datasets.
- Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and reliable.

2. Reporting & Dashboards

- Prepare regular reports based on business requirements.
- Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
- Present data insights in a clear and understandable format.

3. Business Insights

- Generate actionable insights to support business decision-making.




- Analyze data to identify opportunities and potential issues.
- Work with different teams to understand their data requirements.

4. Data Quality & Collaboration

- Validate data and resolve inconsistencies or errors.
- Maintain accurate documentation of reports and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and fulfill data requirements.

Experience & Qualifications

- Experience: 0–2 years in Data Analysis or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Good knowledge of Excel, SQL, and Power BI/Tableau.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
