Job Summary

Ambrosial is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Executive with proven experience in brand procurement and third-party manufacturing/vendor management. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling procurement functions for a recognized brand and possess solid expertise in sourcing, vendor negotiations, and supply chain coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Handle procurement through third-party manufacturers and suppliers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contract manufacturers.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement requirements and maintain inventory levels.
Identify and onboard current suppliers while ensuring quality and compliance standards.
Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, and vendor documentation.

Mandatory Requirements
4–5 years of relevant procurement experience.
Prior experience in procurement for a brand is mandatory.




Hands-on experience with third-party manufacturing/vendor procurement.
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Health Supplements, Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or Wellness brands will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of procurement planning, sourcing strategies, and supply chain processes.
