Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or related industry.
Robust knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and attendance management.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and HR software/tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently.
Robust leadership and team-management skills.
Ability to handle both office and site-level manpower requirements.
