Position: Service Manager – EV Service Centre

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Job Description

The Service Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day functioning of the Service Centre, ensuring smooth vehicle servicing, customer handling, workshop coordination and timely vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Handle overall Service Centre operations and daily workflow.
Manage vehicle reception, job cards, service/repair progress, quality checks and final delivery.
Coordinate and supervise technicians and service staff and allocate daily work.
Handle customers, understand service complaints and provide updates regarding repair, cost and delivery.
Monitor pending vehicles, turnaround time and repeat complaints.
Coordinate with the Spare Parts team for required parts and timely repairs.
Handle basic warranty/service documentation and maintain required records.
Ensure proper customer approvals, billing coordination and service documentation.
Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness, tools and safety standards,



particularly for EV servicing.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
Provide basic daily/periodic service reports and updates to Management.
Ensure the overall Service Centre operates smoothly and as per company procedures.

Candidate Requirements

Prior experience in an automobile workshop, service centre, dealership service department or similar service-related role is required. EV-specific experience is preferred but not mandatory. Company-specific procedures and EV service processes will be explained/trained by Management as required.

The candidate should have valuable customer-handling, team-coordination, problem-solving and basic computer/documentation skills, along with a responsible and disciplined approach to work.

Preferred Candidate

A practical, responsible individual with prior service/workshop experience who can take ownership of daily Service Centre operations and is willing to learn and adapt to EV-specific service processes under Management guidance.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
