Job Overview:

We are looking for a result-oriented Amazon Account Manager to manage Amazon Seller Central accounts, optimize product listings, monitor sales, manage inventory, and support Amazon advertising activities.

Location: Mohali, Punjab
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Lunch Break: 2:15 PM to 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts and daily operations.
Create, update, and optimize Amazon product listings.
Manage product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, images, and variations.
Monitor ASINs, SKUs, product rankings, Buy Box, reviews, and account health.
Manage FBA/FBM inventory and monitor stock levels.
Track orders, returns, refunds, cancellations, and customer issues.
Monitor Amazon PPC campaigns and advertising performance.
Analyze ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversions, and sales.
Conduct keyword and competitor research.
Identify prospects to improve product visibility and sales.
Handle Amazon Seller Support cases and account-related issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with the SEO, content,



graphic design, sales, and operations teams.
Maintain accurate records of products, campaigns, inventory, and account activities.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
Understanding of FBA and FBM.
Knowledge of Amazon listing optimization and Amazon SEO.
Understanding of Amazon PPC and advertising campaigns.
Good Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and team coordination skills.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in Amazon account management/e-commerce preferred.
Experience with international Amazon marketplaces such as USA, UK, Canada, UAE, or Australia will be an advantage.
