Hiring: Business Development Manager – C&I; Solar

Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) Solar segment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business prospects in the C&I; Solar market.
Generate leads and build robust client relationships.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Business Administration / MBA.
15+ years of B2B sales/business development experience.
Solid experience in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, or Power sector.
Knowledge of C&I; Solar, Rooftop Solar, Open Access, and Captive Power projects.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
