We are looking for a Field Collection Executive responsible for visiting customers to collect overdue payments, conducting PD (Personal Discussion) for customer assessment, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining a skilled approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers/clients to collect outstanding payments as per assigned cases
Conduct PD (Personal Discussion/Profile Discussion) with customers for verification and assessment
Follow up with customers for due payments through field visits and calls
Maintain accurate records of collections, PD reports, and receipts
Update daily activity and collection reports to the reporting manager
Handle customer queries related to outstanding dues




Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution

Required Skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to conduct PD and assess customer profiles
Ability to handle field work and travel locally
Robust follow-up and convincing skills
Honest and disciplined approach

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
