We are looking for a Project Architect with robust experience in architectural design, working drawings, and project execution, preferably in commercial interiors/design & build projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural designs, layouts, working drawings, and GFC drawings.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, Project Managers, contractors, and site teams.
Review drawings, shop drawings, materials, and technical details.
Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is properly executed.
Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.
Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other consultants.
Ensure timely completion and quality of project deliverables.
Guide junior architects/designers when required.
Requirements
B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution.
4–8 years of relevant experience.
Solid knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Experience in commercial interiors, architecture, or design & build projects preferred.
Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
