You will understand payer business requirements and workflows, translate them into real-world scenarios, validate healthcare data and business rules, and ensure our platform behaves correctly from a health plan's perspective.Hands-on U.S. healthcare payer domain (US Health Insurance) experience is mandatory.What You'll Work OnYou’ll work closely with Product and Engineering to test and validate healthcare payer data, business rules, and end-to-end workflows across the KronosX platform. You’ll translate real-world payer requirements into functional test scenarios, identify data and workflow gaps, test edge cases, and ensure the product behaves correctly from a health plan’s perspective.Must-Have Skills2+ years of U.S. healthcare payer domain experienceStrong understanding of payer concepts including members, enrollment, eligibility, perks, claims,



and providersExperience in healthcare functional analysis, business analysis, data validation, or functional testingAbility to understand business requirements and convert them into detailed scenariosStrong understanding of healthcare data and business-rule validationAbility to analyze data and identify functional inconsistenciesStrong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skillsAbility to think from the health plan and end-user perspective, not just execute predefined test casesGood to HaveKnowledge of healthcare payer transactions and workflows such as 834, 270/271 and perks, 837, 835, and 278.Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and analysisExperience with healthcare test data, data quality, or synthetic dataExposure to AI/ML or GenAI applicationsExperience working directly with U.S. healthcare customers or business teamsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who can look at healthcare data or a workflow and ask:"Does this actually make sense for a health plan?"You should be comfortable moving between business requirements, healthcare data, product workflows, and functional testing, and have the curiosity to find problems that aren't captured in a predefined test case.
