Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes to enhance system stability and user satisfaction.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
Experience in monitoring and maintaining business-critical applications to ensure high availability.
Ability to work effectively within a team workplace and contribute to cooperative problem-solving.
Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
