Job DescriptionCA Fresher – Financial Due Diligence (FDD) Location: Bengaluru / Gurugram Work Mode: Hybrid Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / CA inter Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates who have completed their CA and gained relevant FDD/Transaction Advisory experience during articleship will be preferred. About the Role We are looking for a CA Fresher to join the Financial Due Diligence (FDD) team of a leading global accounting and advisory firm. The role offers an prospect to work on M&A; transactions and gain hands-on exposure to both Buy-side and Sell-side Financial Due Diligence. Key Responsibilities - Perform Buy-side and Sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements. - Analyze financial statements, business performance, and operational data. - Prepare Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports and supporting financial analyses. - Identify key financial trends, risks, and transaction-related issues.



- Support analysis of financial and operational performance for M&A; transactions. - Prepare and review financial models, reports, and transaction deliverables. - Work closely with the FDD team to deliver high-quality client engagements. Key Skills & Requirements - CA qualification is mandatory. - Articleship experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD) is preferred. - Exposure to Buy-side and Sell-side Due Diligence. - Understanding of Quality of Earnings (QoE) Analysis. - Strong Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. - Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced, transaction-driven environment.
