Key Responsibilities

Animation & Motion Design

n

n
Create high-quality animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for digital campaigns.
n
Develop engaging animated content for social media, websites, paid ads, presentations, and brand films.
n
Translate creative briefs and concepts into compelling visual stories.
n
Design animated assets, transitions, typography, and explainer videos.
n

Creative Collaboration

n

n
Work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and Client Servicing teams.
n
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute cutting-edge ideas for campaigns.
n
Ensure all animations align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
n

Project Management

n

n
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
n
Review and maintain quality standards across animation deliverables.




n
Mentor and guide junior animators and motion designers.
n

n

Innovation & Trends

n

n
Stay updated with animation trends, AI-powered creative tools, and emerging digital formats.
n
Experiment with recent techniques to enhance content engagement and performance.
n

Required Skills & Qualifications

n

Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
n
2 years of experience in animation, preferably in a digital or advertising agency.
n
Advanced proficiency in:

Adobe After Effects
n
Adobe Premiere Pro
n
Adobe Photoshop
n
Adobe Illustrator
n
Robust understanding of motion design principles, storytelling, timing, and typography.
n
Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
