About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Intern to support our sales team in lead follow-ups, customer communication, quotations, and deal coordination. This is a hands-on prospect to learn the complete sales process and develop practical sales skills.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and share relevant product information.
Prepare and send quotations to potential customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Assist the sales team in managing leads and moving prospects through the sales pipeline.
Coordinate with internal teams to support the sales process and ensure timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, quotations, and follow-ups.
Assist with deal closures and customer coordination as required.
Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and sales-support targets.

What We're Looking For




Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
Good follow-up and organizational skills.
Proactive, energetic, and target-oriented attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Freshers and students with a solid interest in sales are welcome.
