We’re Hiring: Retail Sales Executive at TrueKnot

n

TrueKnot is looking for a confident, customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team at our luxury rugs and carpets showroom on MG Road, Sultanpur, New Delhi.

n

We’re looking for someone who understands premium retail, enjoys interacting with customers, and can help clients find the right rug for their space.

n

n

Role: Retail Sales Executive

n

Experience: 2+ years in retail sales

n

Salary: ₹35,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience

n

Location: MG Road, Sultanpur, Current Delhi

n

Working Days: 6 days a week

n

Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

n

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements
n
Present and explain our collection of rugs and carpets
n




Assist customers with sizes, styles, colours and product selection
n
Follow up with prospective customers and enquiries
n
Build solid relationships with customers, interior designers and architects
n
Maintain product knowledge and ensure a premium showroom experience
n
Support the team in achieving sales targets
n

What We’re Looking For:

n

n
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales
n
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
n
Comfortable working in a premium/luxury retail environment
n
Well-presented, proactive and sales-oriented
n
Prior experience in carpets, rugs, home furnishings, furniture or interior products is preferred
n
Experience specifically in the carpets/rugs industry will be a solid advantage
n
