Role & responsibilities

n

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
n
Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, R&D;, supply chain, and operations teams for smooth project execution.
n
Develop project schedules, resource plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
n
Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, quality processes, and regulatory requirements.
n
Monitor production timelines and resolve operational bottlenecks effectively.
n
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization.
n
Manage vendor coordination and ensure timely material availability.
n
Prepare and present project status reports to management.
n
Support implementation of ERP systems and process automation initiatives where required.
n
Ensure adherence to factory compliance, safety, and operational guidelines.
n
Meet and discuss with international clients for project kick-off, project updates, coordination, and review meetings to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualification

n

n
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field




n
MBA/Project Management certification will be an added advantage
n
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry project management
n
Prior experience in medical devices manufacturing will be highly preferred
n
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality systems
n
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
n
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
n
Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
n
