MSD F&O; Lead Functional Consultant with 5+ years experience, who will be responsible for providing functional expertise in the area of supply chain management & Finance within the MSD F&O; system. You will work closely with the stakeholders and development & support team to understand business requirements and provide customized solutions within the MSD platform.
- A robust background in finance and supply chain processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze business requirements effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members clearly and effectively.
- Management experience with a focus on delivering successful ERP implementations.
- Relevant certifications in D365 Finance and SCM / Finance is mandatorry

Roles & Responsibilities
- Take ownership of projects and provide support for Solution, design, testing and system maintenance
- Leading the functional design and configuration of D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management modules.
- Conducting fit gap study of business requirements .
- Providing guidance and support for system testing, implementation, and post-deployment reviews.
- Training and mentoring junior consultants and client stakeholders on best practices and system functionalities.
- Good understanding about business requirements and Analyze, Design, plan and develop solutions.
- Troubleshooting and analyzing issues, suggesting solutions , handling clients and conducting UAT/SIT as and when required
- Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff.
