Job Summary

We are looking for a Cypress Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Cypress, JavaScript/TypeScript, automation framework development, and Azure DevOps.

The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks, integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines, and performing functional, regression, and API testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress.
- Develop and enhance scalable and reusable automation frameworks.
- Write automation scripts using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Implement Page Object Model (POM), reusable utilities, and modular automation components.
- Integrate automated test suites with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Execute functional, regression, smoke, and cross-browser testing.
- Perform API testing and validation using Postman or similar tools.
- Analyze automation failures and troubleshoot issues to improve test stability.
- Identify, document, track, and validate defects.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to ensure quality releases.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint activities.




- Maintain automation scripts, test documentation, execution reports, and related QA artifacts.

Mandatory Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in QA Automation / SDET
- Strong hands-on experience with Cypress
- Strong programming/scripting experience in JavaScript or TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in developing or enhancing automation frameworks
- Valuable understanding of Page Object Model (POM) or similar framework architecture
- Experience in web application automation testing
