Summary

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Greenlight Hub team in Gurgaon as Customer Support Specialists. This role is central to empowering recent driver partners by delivering exceptional in-person support, guiding them through onboarding, and equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in shaping the driver experience, ensuring smooth onboarding, resolving issues efficiently, and fostering a positive brand presence.

The ideal candidate is a self-driven communicator with a passion for helping others, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset. This is a temporary, contract position with potential for extension, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality, in-person support to driver partners during onboarding and ongoing operations.
- Guide new drivers through the onboarding process and introduce them to essential tools and resources.




- Troubleshoot and resolve driver-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by promoting the company’s values and building enthusiasm among drivers.
- Stay updated on company processes, tools, and policies to ensure accurate and consistent support.
- Collaborate with the Driver Operations team to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- UG/Graduate degree.
- Proven ability to handle in-person interactions with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a resourceful mindset when addressing challenges.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented with a passion for empowering others.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
