Simply Rishta, a trusted personal matchmaking platform, is looking for a warm and proactive Customer Support and Operations Intern to join our startup. If you enjoy working with people and want to be part of something meaningful, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Respond to inquiries from users and families via WhatsApp and email
- Help recent users complete their profile and get onboarded
- Follow up with inactive members to keep them engaged
- Coordinate between families when there is mutual interest in a match
- Use AI-powered tools to manage and update the admin portal efficiently
- Maintain basic records of user interactions on Google Sheets
- Collect feedback from users after key interactions
- Assist with WhatsApp community group management

Who We're Looking For

- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)

- Warm, patient, and people-first personality

- Comfortable with WhatsApp, basic tools, and Google Sheets

- Discreet and sensitive you'll be handling personal family information

- Final-year students or recent graduates welcome

Location: Gurgaon

Duration: 2-3 months

Stipend: 5000 pm
